How do you feel when you get up in the morning?
How do you feel after you have eaten lunch?
How do you feel by the time you quit work every day?
And, how do you feel by the time you have eaten dinner after work?
I thought so.
When you wake up in the morning, probably to the alarm, I know that you do not jump up out of the bed all refreshed from your great night of sleep. Well, most of you do not. I know there are a few that do, because they are doing the right stuff to feel that way, or they are like I was 20 years ago. I was full of energy 24 hours a day.
Either you did not get a great night of sleep, or you do not feel refreshed from it.
Then you find something to eat, if you decide you have time, shower and run off to work. And you do this all in a hurry so you do not waste any time.
Now you are at work and you do not feel your greatest. In fact, you do not even feel up to par. This is because you have already worked 3 days this week and you just want this work week to be over. If you did not have to work this job then you would not be so tired, right?
Really? Saying that shows that you are in the wrong frame of mind to begin with.
S0000, to change how you feel, you must first change the way you look at this.
It is now time for lunch and what did you bring? You brought some packaged food that you have taken a liking to because it is not so bad. It is some processed, full of chemicals and preservatives, package of some GMO (genetically modified organism) food that you are now going to put into the microwave and change the structure of, altogether.
What could be more wrong than that if you are trying to feel better after you eat?
“Not much” is the answer to that one.
Now that you have eaten what you brought you must go back to work until time to quit today.
When your work is over you can now leave for home (by train, bike, bus, car, or plane) and get settled in, now that you are off work. Or did you say you would meet up later with the gang from work? Oh, that’s right, not until Friday for the gang, and all those drinks.
So a little, or a lot, of dinner, and then you watch TV until you pass out.
This process does not make for a restful sleep. But, by this time you just want to get to your bed for some rest, at least.
This is how way too many people use their day and their energy daily.
All you need to do to change this is to get a little exercise.

If you understood the male and female physiology and personalities then you might know the difference. Therefore, all most of us need to know, is that we can change our entire lives just by reading what these books have to offer, and making the small sacrifices to feel amazingly so much better.

What I will tell you right now, is that if you do not change your ways, then you can live a life where you are decaying until you die a death that is not by your choice.
It is a slow and painful death.
It is a death by decay.
Your body does things its own way. It has two modes of operation…. and one is decay.
The way you get into DECAY mode is TO NOT EXERCISE.
The way you get into the other mode, which by the way is GROWTH, is TO EXERCISE.
You can change the mode your body is in, which is decay if you are overweight, to being in a different mode, which is growth if you are exercising.
You can change how you digest your food just by sitting down at the table and eating. If you do this, then your body can properly digest your food and it will be better for your fitness.
You will be doing nothing else except eating. This means no iPhone, no TV, no iPad, no book, no newspaper, and nothing but discussion with the people you eat with.
When your body is digesting its food, it is in a completely different function of the body than it is when you are running around and working, or doing other things. This other function your body has, is “Fight or Flight” in which your body stops digestion, and any other unnecessary thing it is doing, to give you all the energy it has, to keep you out of danger because you are in this danger function called “Fight or Flight”.
You will find that just by exercising in some form, every day, that you can begin to become more fit and be happier with your attitude, your body and your life.
Just because we have changed our ways and sit and work instead of hunting and foraging, does not mean that our bodies have changed their ways.
This is what we have to work with.
We must adhere to what we have to work with in the best way possible.
This is how to do it.
I cannot say it any other way that would be better.
This is it in a nutshell. Take it or leave it.
We make do with what we are given.
You can make positive changes and have a better life.
You can be optimistic and listen, learn, and become UN-sedentary.
